ACS were appointed by the Client for the structural design and SER certification for the conversion of long forgotten stone masonry water mill near Newtyle Angus that had recently been exposed by the Client . The new SIPS structure was designed to sit within the existing mill stone walls to provide a new 2 bedroom house with vaulted ceilings and large glazed openings.
